When we discovered that we needed HVAC and plumbing inspections quickly for a house purchase, Rob Cook and his team responded within 24 hours!  This is almost unheard of in our area as experts are in short supply.  But they cared about our predicament and then spent more time than planned to thoroughly review the serious issues associated with the house we are considering. I can not say enough good things about Cook Bros.  Came thru in a time of desperation for me with water flowing out of my ceiling like a waterfall from a clogged pipe.
